Work Location：Baoding

Salary 450,000Euros. Recruiting Unit: As the core R&D unit  Technology Center focusing on the advanced research of various direction including styling, safety, complete vehicle development etc. Covers all the BEV/HEV/PHEV current and developing models  such as WEY, TANK, HAVAL, POER, OLA, Saloon, etc.

Topic: Improve the aerodynamic performance of our vehicles, and carry out the refined development of vehicle aerodynamic performance with the primary goal of reducing resistance and consumption.

Achieve effect: 1. Sort out and refine vehicle aerodynamic performance development methods and schemes, and promote and apply the project

; 2. From engineering effect to principle analysis, improve the team's overall theoretical ability;

3. Make the aerodynamic performance of our models reach the international leading level. Responsibilities: Guide the development of vehicle aerodynamic performance and personnel training, including:

1. Guide the team to formulate technical plans for the development of aerodynamic performance of the company's vehicle models, and responsible for achieving the goals; 2. Expert level communication, promotion and implementation with relevant departments on key issues of vehicle aerodynamic performance development;

3. Tackle key issues of team technical capacity building;

4. Formulate personnel training plan and improvement plan, and carry out systematic technical training for team members.

Job requirements

1. Education background: Bachelor degree or above;

2. Major: vehicle aerodynamics and fluid mechanics etc.;

3. Qualification: At least 15 years of experience in the development of vehicle aerodynamics in internationally renowned vehicle OEMs, with the main responsibility for the development of more than 5 mass production models.

4. Skill requirements: Familiar with vehicle aerodynamics development process, have rich experience in integrating aerodynamic design elements into modelling and vehicle design, and able to provide comprehensive technical guidance for aerodynamics simulation and test.

 
The role is Head of Sports Car Aerodynamic Performance, with a professional background in renowned sports car/super car brands such as Ferrari, Porsche, and McLaren. Must have both types of expertise.
