Creative Design Director Interior & CMF Contract Job

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for continuously exploring multiple design solutions in projects based on the design language.

2. Responsible for conducting research on renderings solutions based on the core needs of future Hongqi users, and support accurate and efficient decision - making regarding renderings solutions.

3. Responsible for formulating the development strategy of Hongqi's interior and color styling business, sorting out and optimizing the current exterior design strategies of various product lines.

4. Responsible for optimizing the interior styling design solutions of all mass - production projects undertaken by the department.

5. Responsible for the iteration of the Hongqi family design language and the establishment of design specifications, and Responsible for cultivating team members' design capabilities for luxurious and refined models and youthful products.

Requirementsd:

1. Have more than 12 years of experience in vehicle interior styling development and related design, with experience in new energy products being preferred.

2. Possess rich experience in developing forward - looking concepts and mass - produced vehicles for international first - class brands, and be familiar with the vehicle design and development process system.

3. Demonstrate excellent creative design capabilities, user experience analysis capabilities, and have outstanding abilities to control design quality and product quality.

4. Have excellent product design strategy planning capabilities.

5. Have excellent abilities to solve design and technical problems.
