Responsibilities

1. Responsible for continuously conducting multi - scheme design explorations in projects based on the design language.

2. Responsible for conducting renderings scheme research based on the core needs of future Hongqi users, and support accurate and efficient decision - making on renderings schemes.

3. Responsible for formulating the business development strategy for  exterior styling, and sorting out and optimizing the current exterior design strategies of various product lines.

4. Responsible for optimizing the exterior styling design schemes of all mass - production projects undertaken by the department.

5. Responsible for the iteration of thei family design language and the establishment of design specifications, and be responsible for cultivating team members in the design of luxury and exquisite - feeling vehicles and youth - oriented products.

Requirementsd:

1. Have more than 12 years of experience in the development of vehicle exterior styling and related design.

2. Have rich experience in the forward - looking concepts and mass - production development of electric vehicles of first - class domestic and international brands, and be familiar with the vehicle design and development process system.

3. Possess excellent creative design capabilities, outstanding design and product quality control capabilities.

4. Have excellent abilities to solve design and technical problems.
