Responsibilities of:

Software Technical Director (Human-Machine Interaction)

1. Responsible for formulating the scope of interaction design work and medium- and long-term development plans, including the design positioning and direction of different vehicle models, as well as the positioning and development direction of the interaction specialty.

2. Responsible for guiding and evaluating the interaction design schemes of existing products.

3. Participate in the completion of the large-scale interaction design of the future cockpit and the implementation of the scheme.

4. Take the lead in building the user research capability, and complete the mining of user scenarios, the definition of experience evaluation use cases, etc.

5. Establish a professional relevant standard system, take the lead in or participate in the establishment of national standards, and cultivate team members' capabilities in user data analysis, touchpoint function scenario design, and touchpoint creative prototype design.

Requirements:

1. With more than 10 years of work experience, at least 5 years of experience in automotive interaction design, and having successful cases. Have certain experience in scenario-based interaction design and user experience design.

2. Familiar with the interaction framework design of current mainstream cockpit products.

3. Have professional technical planning capabilities and practical experience.

4. Familiar with the specifications and standards of HMI development software, and have the ability to formulate interaction design specifications.

5. Have relevant capabilities such as user research and experience evaluation.

6. Have relevant knowledge reserves in cognitive psychology and human factors engineering.
