Test System Construction: Establish and improve the fuel cell test system, covering stack level, system level, and vehicle level. Develop test standards, procedures, and specifications to ensure the scientific and accuracy of testing work.

Test Plan Formulation and Approval: Based on the R&D requirements of fuel cell products at stack level, system level, and vehicle level, design and develop detailed test plans, including performance tests, reliability tests, durability tests, etc., providing data support for product optimization and improvement.

Team Management and Guidance: Lead the test team to complete various test tasks, enhance the capabilities of team members, and improve the overall technical level and work efficiency of the team.

Data Processing and Analysis: Conduct in - depth analysis and processing of test data, write test reports, summarize test results, and provide decision - making basis for product R&D and production.

Problem - Solving and Improvement: Timely identify problems that occur during the testing process, organize relevant personnel for analysis and resolution, propose improvement measures and suggestions, and promote continuous improvement of product quality.

Qualification Requirements:

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as chemical engineering, power engineering, or electrical engineering.

Work Experience: At least 8 years of work experience in fuel cell testing, with at least 2 years of team management experience.

Professional Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the working principles, structures, and performance characteristics of fuel cells. Be familiar with fuel cell testing technologies and methods and master the operation and maintenance skills of relevant testing equipment.

Analysis and Problem - Solving Ability: Have strong data processing and analysis capabilities and be able to independently solve various technical problems that occur during the testing process.

Team Management Ability: Have strong team management and leadership skills and be able to effectively organize and coordinate team members to complete various tasks.
