Job Responsibilities
I. Event Planning
1. Event Strategy Formulation: Clearly define the positioning and objectives of the event, as well as the long-term development plan of the event, including the scale of the event, brand building, international communication, etc.
2. Event Rule Formulation: Based on the types of events (such as circuit races, rally races, endurance races, etc.), formulate detailed sports rules, technical responsibilities, safety specifications, competition formats, etc., to ensure the fairness and attractiveness of the competition.
3. Event Schedule Formulation: Reasonably plan the annual schedule of the event based on factors such as the race track, seasonal factors, and participating teams.
II. Event Operation
Event Resource Support: Coordinate resources in the international and domestic event fields, including support from teams, drivers, professional technicians, engineers, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of the event.
Operation Mechanism: Establish an international standardized event operation and management system to achieve the internationalization of the event.
III. Event Communication and Promotion
1. Event Publicity: Formulate an event publicity strategy to enhance the international influence of the event through channels such as the media and social platforms.
2. Brand Promotion: Responsible for the construction and promotion of the event brand, attract sponsors and audiences, and increase the popularity of the event.
IV. Event Sponsorship and Cooperation
Sponsorship Resource Coordination: Introduce internationally renowned sponsors and partners based on event communication to ensure the realization of sponsorship rights and interests.
Partner Management: Maintain relationships with event-related partners to ensure the smooth progress of cooperation.
V. Event Business Model Establishment
Based on event operation, plan the event business model, which is in line with the brand and event operation environment, to ensure the maximization of the commercial value of the event.
VI. Team Management and Training
1. Team Building: Responsible for the establishment and management of the event team to ensure the efficient operation of the team.
2. Training and Guidance: Provide professional training to team members to improve their overall quality and capabilities.
Requirements:
1. General Competencies:
① Possess resources related to international event organizers, drivers, and media, and hold an authoritative status in the industry.
② Excel in IP monetization and sponsorship negotiation.
③ Have a good understanding of off - road/racing culture and experience in community operation.
④ Able to adapt to frequent business trips and handle unexpected incidents.
2. Professional Competencies:
① Have more than 10 years of experience in automotive events, and have worked in international event organizations (such as the FIA), automotive company event departments (such as the BMW M division), or top - tier operation companies.
② Have led global event strategies and commercialization projects (such as IP projects with tens of millions in revenue).
③ Have been deeply involved in the R & D/tuning of new energy racing cars and be familiar with international technical standards (such as the rules of the FIA Formula E Championship).
④ Have experience in the development of intelligent event systems or cross - industry resource integration.
⑤ Have managed teams of over 50 people or multi - national event projects, and be familiar with standardized management systems (such as ISO 9001).
