Responsibilities:

1. Conduct analytical research on the design direction, design strategy, design trends, and brand design aesthetics of automotive lighting.

2. In accordance with the product development process, be responsible for the creative design of lighting for all brand models of the company, including concept cars, all-new models, and facelifted models.

3. Responsible for the creative design and implementation of lighting for the entire vehicle. Follow the styling standard process and control the design quality at each styling stage.

4. Understand the overall situation of the automotive lighting design industry, analyze the development direction of styling aesthetics with focus, and grasp the future development trend of automotive lighting.

5. Clarify the problem-solving ideas in the styling stage; proficiently master the process of formulating and revising design standards, and guide designers to carry out projects.

6. Guide/organize the solution of engineering and design problems, form relevant design specifications/recurrence prevention materials, and be able to identify system-level design specification deficiencies.

7. Guide/organize the expansion of styling problems in existing models to ensure they do not recur in new models.

8. Proficient in advanced styling design expression and application methods, good at extracting design highlights from various design fields, and capable of in-depth participation in large-scale discussions as a senior styling planning expert.

9. Explore professional technical theories of styling design and provide suggestions for their application in other fields, with outstanding progress and achievements in research projects.

10. Able to guide others and have a direct impact on decision-making.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above.

2. Work experience: More than 10 years of experience in automotive lighting design and detailed design development.

3. Project experience: Have experience in multiple concept or mass-produced projects.

4. Skill requirements: Proficient in using 2D rendering software such as PS and have strong expression skills; extremely strong hand-drawn creative ability; good communication skills and rich experience in leading teams; excellent ability to coordinate with teams, with rich experience in design team management; very familiar with the automotive styling development process, and master various tools and deliverables in the development process, able to coordinate resources and deliver perfect products with the team; good at English expression and communication; have an international design background.
