1. Learn from the complete vehicle development experience of German automakers, establish a global vehicle NVH performance development and evaluation verification system, and guide the development of adaptive verification to continuously improve verification quality;
2. Lead the entire process of global vehicle/product NVH development, including early planning, process risk identification, technical solution control, and late problem solving, to ensure goal achievement and user satisfaction;
3. Pre-research and innovative application of new technologies: track international cutting-edge NVH technology trends, lead technical pre-research and feasibility verification, and promote the landing application of new technologies in vehicle models;
4. Technical training and knowledge sharing: share the latest research results and industry trends in the NVH field, carry out relevant personnel training, and improve the technical level of the NVH team.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Major: Mechanical and vehicle engineering related majors;
3. Experience: Have more than 15 years of international famous automaker complete vehicle NVH development experience, led the development of no less than 3 mass-produced global vehicles.
4. Skill requirements:
- Solid professional theoretical knowledge, strong ability to integrate theory with practice, complete performance development system experience, sensitive to industry development directions, rich global vehicle development experience, and able to guide the globalization of our vehicle NVH performance.
