Responsibilities：
1. Promote the mass- production development of the whole vehicle and the technical management of innovation projects, preside over the project plan review of the styling professional group, control the design direction and quality to ensure the on- time delivery of the project.
2. Responsible for the coordination, communication and cooperation across professional fields, cooperate with clay, digital and engineering teams, and guide the resolution of technical problems during the project development process.
3. Take the lead in formulating the technical direction and design strategy for styling and specified fields, and guide the optimization of the process system, professional technical standards and technical reserves in the relevant fields.
4. Continuously enhance the team's capabilities, guide and train young designers, and provide professional suggestions for management matters such as team selection, employment, assessment, and promotion.
Qualifications
1. Have more than 15 years of styling design working experience, with working experience in internationally renowned OEMs, and be proficient in using English as the working language.
2. Have excellent creative design and project control capabilities, be proficient in the whole- vehicle styling design and development process, and have successfully led the development and implementation of multiple whole- vehicle styling projects.
3. Have excellent cross- professional and cross- team communication and collaboration capabilities, have a strong sense of responsibility and mission, and efficiently promote project decision- making and on- ground implementation.
4. Have excellent knowledge transfer ability, apply personal knowledge and successful experience to work, and contribute to the optimization of the professional system and the success of products. 5. Have excellent team leadership, with more than 3 years of team- leading/technical management experience, and be able to create a good technical atmosphere for the team
