Responsibilities:
1. In combination with business planning, guide others to complete simulation analysis of repair man-hours for each vehicle system, identify problem risks, formulate optimization plans and countermeasures, and assist in solving key difficulties encountered, proposing innovative solutions from a broader perspective;
2. Undertake the global business improvement of vehicle serviceability, identify the impact of repair scenarios and regulatory requirements in different countries on serviceability and formulate relevant requirements.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Major: Automobile, Mechanical, Mechanics, Materials-related majors;
3. Experience: More than 8 years of multidisciplinary optimization work experience, participating in the serviceability development of at least 2 mass-produced vehicle models;
4. Skill Requirements:
① Proficient in vehicle serviceability development process;
② Master global regulations and future development trends;
③ Possess strong communication skills and project management experience.
