1. Responsible for the confirmation of vehicle performance development strategy and performance development goals;
2. Propose/solve performance problems during vehicle development, balance performance development plans and performance goal conflicts;
3. Empower the team to improve vehicle performance integration capabilities.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Major: Vehicle engineering, mechanics, mechanical engineering and other majors;
3. Work experience and background: More than 15 years of vehicle performance development experience in main engine plants; more than 10 years of vehicle performance integration work experience;
4. Skill requirements:
① Familiar with the performance development process, and understand the differences and countermeasures of new energy vehicle performance;
② Have expertise in one or more performance areas (such as safety, NVH, handling), or have relatively rich experience;
③ Responsible for the integration of multiple vehicle performance projects, proficient in mastering performance decomposition, promoting performance balance/conflict decision-making and other work methods, and have team management experience.
