Responsibilities:
1. To achieve organizational goals, as a leader of the work, lead the team to plan the insurance rating target setting principles and make decisions on key issues;
2. Provide suggestions for engineering scheme optimization and guide others to complete scheme analysis and problem countermeasures;
3. In the EU and UK insurance rating processes, guide others to complete contract signing and make decisions on key issues during the contract signing process;
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Major: Automobile, Mechanical, Mechanics, Materials-related majors;
3. Experience: More than 10 years of multidisciplinary optimization work experience, participating in the insurance rating development of at least 2 mass-produced vehicle models and GDV, Thatcham certification;
4. Skill Requirements:
① Proficient in vehicle insurance rating development process;
② Master global regulations and future development trends;
③ Possess strong communication skills and project management experience;
④ Familiar with insurance rating certification process and replacement standards for damaged parts.
