Responsible for improving the global market anti-corrosion technology system
① Responsible for researching the corrosion characteristics/customer needs of overseas markets and corrosion performance in different years, grasping the anti-corrosion technology response strategies of competing products, and establishing a correlation matrix between component design and market performance in different markets;
② Guide the improvement of market-adaptive anti-rust standards and strategies, support the definition of vehicle anti-rust performance goals, planning of implementation schemes, solution of systematic corrosion problems, performance improvement for deficiencies, and cost reduction through redundant design optimization, to enhance competitiveness;
③ Responsible for virtual review of anti-rust in the design data stage, quality confirmation of performance achievement in the real vehicle stage, promotion of problem closure management and recurrence prevention;
④ Responsible for the capability building and talent cultivation of the corrosion team.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Major: Metal materials, material forming and processing and other related industries;
3. Experience: More than 15 years of anti-corrosion performance development experience, with more than 10 years of anti-corrosion development experience in global joint venture brand main engine plants such as Toyota;
4. Skill requirements:
① Understand the characteristics of overseas market environments and Toyota's technical response strategies in different markets;
② Familiar with the formulation and decomposition process of vehicle corrosion goals in overseas markets, and have experience in vehicle corrosion development in overseas markets such as Europe;
③ Proficient in metal material corrosion mechanisms and protection technologies (such as electrochemical corrosion, coating/plating processes, production processes, etc.).
