Responsible for:
1. Establish product verification strategies, systems and capabilities that meet global market demands, guide the development of adaptive verification, and continuously improve verification quality;
2. Carry out the development of new technologies and product standards such as new energy and intelligence (intelligent driving, intelligent cockpit, smart chassis, etc.), and implement new verification technologies and evaluation standard systems;
3. Position the market and users, improve the vehicle integration and verification mode and mechanism, and effectively retain product design defects;
4. Improve personnel technical capabilities through technical training, project practice, etc., and improve the technical talent echelon.
Qualifications:
1. Working years and experience: Have more than 12 years of vehicle verification experience, participated in the verification planning and implementation experience of no less than 2 global mass-produced vehicle models, bachelor's degree or above;
2. Major requirements: Mechanical, vehicle, materials, automatic control, mechanics;
3. Preferred skills: Possess verification technology development and verification planning capabilities, and have verification experience in high-end overseas
